Arches Oil Paper is a convenient, easy to use, and lightweight surface specifically formulated for use with oils. It features a powerful & efficient oil barrier that absorbs water, solvents, and binders evenly. There is no need to gesso or prime the paper, it is ready to use! The tough, durable surface of the oil paper withstands heavy brushing with stiff bristle brushes, use of palette knives, and wet paint removal (with a rag and turpentine). Each 22in. x 30in. sheet of paper is 100% cotton, 140lb., and has 4 deckled edges.
